python3-notmuch software package provides Python 3 interface to the notmuch mail search and index library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-notmuch
python3-notmuch is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-notmuch package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-notmuch *
You will get with python3-notmuch package name, version, architecture and description in a table
